An enamel and gem-set Holbeinesque pendant necklace, circa 1870 The oval polychrome champlevé enamelled plaque, highlighted by cushion-shaped chrysoberyls, centrally collet-set with an oval cabochon garnet, suspending a lozenge plaque set with similary-shaped chrysoberyl, the reverse with a glazed compartment, within an engraved floral surround, suspended from a gold link chain. Length pendant: 5.5 cm
