Een 18 karaat gouden geëmailleerde hanger met daaraan een grote opalen druppel en kleine diamantjes gezet in de eucalyptus klokjes.

1870 Born in Dunkirk 1888 Feuillâtre is thought to have begun working as an apprentice goldsmith at a very early age. He studied with enamellers Etienne Tourette and Louis Houillon. He started working and experimenting with enamels. Working with other designers most notably René Lalique. 1890 Feuillâtre became the head of René Lalique’s enamel workshop. 1898 Feuillâtre opened his own atelier at 3 rue de Villedo, Paris. 1898 Exhibited at Paris Salon of the Societe des Artistes Francais. Musee des Arts Decoratifs bought one of his pieces called ´Poppies´. 1899 Working on his own by this time he exhibited at La Libre Esthetique in Brussels and at the New Gallery in London along with Lalique and Fouquet. 1899-1910 he became a member of the Societe des Artistes Francais and exhibited with them. 1900 Exhibited jewellery at Paris International Exhibition and won a gold medal. 1902 Exhibited jewellery at Turin. Feuillâtre became famous for his skill and technical experimentation as an enameller and for the highly original vases and boxes he produced in translucent enamel over silver, created between 1900 and 1910. 1914 Became a member of the newly founded Société des Artistes Decorateurs and exhibited until 1914 when he was enlisted to fight in World War One. 1916 Feuillâtre died during the war and his wife Lina continued to run the firm after his death.
