Description

Earrings made of 14 carat gold and set with rectangular faceted citrine, blue Montana sapphires and small eight-cut diamonds. The earrings are marked with “patent no. 2423905" and the maker's mark of George Schuler. The patent relates to the invention of this specific clip closure made by Schuler, which was used for earrings by Tiffany and Cartier. These clips make the earrings extremely comfortable to wear without pressure on the ears.
