We offer free shipping within the Netherlands and abroad. We usually ship ordered items the next day, often with FedEx or DHL. This is fully insured and usually a 1-2 working day service. We cannot be held liable for any duties applied by your country's customs office.

We describe each piece as accurately as possible and we create multiple high-resolution images where possible. Please note that the pieces we sell are antique or vintage and therefore second-hand (or third- or fourth-hand). They have been around for a long time and have usually developed a patina that we preserve whenever possible. Something can always break during normal use. In this case: please contact us and we will be happy to see if we can have it repaired for you. In most cases we bear the costs for this.

Items purchased online may be returned for a refund or store credit for reasonable reasons. If you would like to return an item, please let us know within seven days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs will not be refunded and we cannot accept returns on items that have been resized or resized for you. All returns must be approved by Dekker Antiquairs.

The store on Spiegelgracht is open from Monday to Saturday, usually from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
