Antique gold ring with diamond clusters

An 18 carat antique yellow gold ring with two clusters of old cut diamonds, both clusters consist of one larger diamond surrounded by eight smaller ones. With clear English hallmarks, except for the date letter. Ring size 17 (can be resized).
