She seems cold at the beginning but she’s really patient and friendly, allow you to try everything but never push you to make a decision. We discussed how to change the size of my ring, she had really strong and professional opinion, just listen to her , you are in good hand. Very very nice collections and you can trust their experiences.

I visited the shop June 2022. I ended up buying a lovely 1970s emerald ring. She was able to resize it that day! If I visit Amsterdam again, I will definitely stop by this store.
