This spinning top, also called teetotum, was previously used by both children and adults in games of chance. There are known teetotums made of bone, wood, ivory and silver. Also called 'A-top'. The letters are abbreviations of: Draw only, Pay extra, Draw nothing, Draw, Double bet and Set.
