An 18-carat yellow gold ring set with an oval cabochon-cut blue sapphire (approx. 4.5 ct) and ten small brilliant-cut diamonds (total approx. 0.3 ct). The shank decorated with floral and leaf motifs in blue and green enamel. Signed Antonio Caravello.
